Most items are carried in stock and will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order and payment. However, we do not operate at the weekend so, orders received on a Friday after 13:00 may not be sent until the following Monday.
We will send you an email if your item is not in stock and needs to be ordered.
PARCELS FOR THE UK are sent by 1st class mail and are normally delivered the next working day; however this is not a guaranteed delivery time. You may also choose to have your parcel sent by Recorded Delivery or by Special Delivery (guaranteed next working day).
ALL OVERSEAS PARCELS have a normal delivery time from 2 to 8 days from sending. However, this is not a guaranteed delivery time and parcels may take as long as 1 month to arrive.
We cannot instigate any enquiry into missing overseas parcels until one month after the date of sending.
PARCELS, FOR MAINLAND EUROPE, are sent by unregistered Airmail; this service is not tracked and does not have a postage reference number. You can choose to have a tracked mail service at additional cost. (See below)

Registered Mail is available to most countries but the type of service (Signed, Tracked or Tracked and signed) changes from country to country. When available we will send the parcel “tracked” but not requiring a signature. However, some countries do not offer a tracking service and some only accept signed for registered parcels. If you choose a registered service we will choose the most appropriate service for your address.
